I don't often do reviews, but when I do it is because that business has gone above and beyond for me. Because of that, I figure a review like this is the least I can do. I met with several companies before meeting with grace and she was just so down to earth and honest that I almost thought it was too good to be true. Unlike other companies, she did not promise outlandish things, she will work within your budget and is extremely reasonable. In my opinion they produce an exceptional product (website, marketing plan etc.) for what you pay. Grace and her company actually turned down a marketing offer I suggested because it would not produce as good of an ROI compared to some other options in my current market. Can you believe it, a company that said no to money because they care more about their clients than maximizing their own profits!? It is very hard in dentistry to find a partnership like this and one that will support you even if it does not necessarily benefit them financially. I am just so incredibly happy to have found identity dental marketing and both grace and her team are exceptional at what they do. If you have any questions from a clients perspective please don't hesitate to reach out. I skimmed through the reviews on here and truly believe that the one star reviews are not clients of her company, but probably employees from other companies in the same space. Identify dental marketing is true to their word and top notch at what they do. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you to everyone on the identity dental marketing team! Grace Rizza and her team at Identity Dental Marketing are the very best at what they do. They are hard-working, honest and ethical. They deliver results but don't over promise like others do. They re-did my website, got me in the top 3 or higher in all keywords on Google, and significantly increased my new patient flow.
